Due to his weight, Mr Lee does not fit well into his current motorised wheelchair. This makes it dangerous for him to travel by himself. His current manual wheelchair that he uses at home is also faulty. Although he has since applied for a new one at a subsidised rate, he still needs to fork out the balance payment of $360.

To help Mr Lee achieve increased independence, Ray of Hope would like to raise $5,260 for his motorised wheelchair ($4,900), as well as the balance (after hospital subsidies) that he needs to pay for his manual wheelchair ($360). We hope that with the assistance, Mr Lee’s social wellbeing and financial difficulties will improve progressively.
