Mdm Nurfaeza’s husband, 34, works in a pest control company and earns approximately $1,000 a month with no CPF contributions. As he receives a weekly salary, the family struggles to get by with the current level of financial assistance that they receive. Mdm Nurfaeza does not receive maintenance from her ex-husband who is missing.
Currently, Mdm Nurfaeza is the main caregiver for her young children. She hopes to find a job and as soon as her 1 year-old daughter enrolls in playgroup. The couple has outstanding bank loans of approximately $19,000 and will apply for debt advisory with Credit Counselling Singapore.
