Mdm Aisah, 37, has four children aged 13, 9, 4 and 3. Mdm Aisah and her spouse live in a two-room rental flat with the children. She is the children’s main caregiver and the family relies on her husband’s income to get by. He works as a car washer and earns around $1,100 a month.
