27-year-old Bipul was employed as a fitter since 2014. He first arrived in Singapore on 24th June 2014 and had paid $10,000 agent’s fees to come here for work. On 27th February 2019, Bipul was cutting the metal frame of a window with a Makita tool when he lost control of it.
