Ray of Hope is raising $2,040 ($340 x 6 months) to help Ahmmed Sumon with his living expenses as he recovers.
Ahmmed Sumon is a 34-year-old Bangladeshi general worker with experience in the construction industry. On 31st May 2021, Sumon injured his shoulder and back while carrying a long, 100kg+ concrete pre-cast panel. He bore the load alone at one end, while his colleague used a trolley at the other end. 1st disbursement to Sumon
Ray of Hope has made the first disbursement of $340 to Sumon, and the funds have been received by him. He shared with the caseworkers that with the amount that he received, he was able to send remittances home to his family, and he is grateful for the help and support that he received.
