Ray of Hope is raising $2,700 ($450 x 6 months) to help Mdm Noraini with her grocery expenses.

51-year-old Mdm Noraini is a single mother to 3 adult children between the ages of 20 to 24.

Her eldest daughter, 24, will start working as a Safe Entry Officer soon. Her son, 22, was recently diagnosed with depression and is currently doing National Service. He earns around $580 a month. Her youngest daughter, 20, is estranged from the family and does not stay with them.

Mdm Noraini suffers from partial visual impairment, and also has liver issues. She has been certified unfit for employment permanently. Despite her health challenges, Mdm Noraini hopes to provide her family with the best in life.

They rely on her son’s income and social assistance to get by each month. With SSO assistance ending this month, Mdm Noraini is worried about their finances as well as her medical bills for her follow-up visits.
